Typically, your service is activated on Port 1 (GE1) located at the bottom of your Optical Network Terminal (ONT), the Fibre box mounted on the wall.

To establish the connection, link the WAN Port (usually Blue) of your modem to the GE1 Port of the ONT. Voila! You should now be online!

For your convenience, you can locate your Wi-Fi Network Name and Wi-Fi Password on a sticker attached to the bottom or back of your modem.
